Privacy policy

Responsible party
Sheet Practice, Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa. Email hello@sheetpractice.co.za. We are the responsible party for personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
Name, email, phone if you give it, business type, and the contents of quote forms. If you pay, Paystack collects payment details on their checkout. We receive a payment reference, amount, status, and the email you used — not your full card number. Server logs may include IP address and user agent.
Why
To deliver templates, quote and perform custom work, bill retainers, send transactional email, meet accounting and tax duties, and handle disputes. Lawful bases: contract, legitimate interests in running the studio, and legal obligation where records must be kept.
Operators
Paystack processes payments. Hosting may be Vercel or a similar host. Email may be sent with Resend or Google Workspace. Google is used when we share a Sheet with you. Those operators have their own terms. We do not sell your information.
Retention and security
Payment and invoice records are kept as required for South African tax law. Quote enquiries are kept as long as needed to complete the work or for a reasonable follow-up. We use HTTPS in production and restrict access to inboxes and dashboards.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to law. You may object to processing in the cases POPIA allows. Complaints can be made to us first at hello@sheetpractice.co.za, or to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
Cookies
This site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function (for example security and load balancing from the host). We do not run advertising pixels on the placeholder site.
Children
We sell to businesses and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
